U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

The Office of Investor Education and Advocacy of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) provides a variety of services to address any questions and concerns that an investor might have. The SEC cannot tell you what investments to make but can tell you how to invest wisely and to avoid fraud.

Use the SEC’s Web site to look up the forms and schedules of big brokerage firms, and compare them to those of DeSERANNO Wealth Planning. We believe you will find a clear practical difference.
